Never been before, but I have wanted to visit for some time, so was happy that when we walked in the staff was immediately helpful in explaining the ordering, payment, and delivery to table process I can eat a lot, but the other members of the party eat normally. So, when between three people we had the smokehouse sampler, strawberry cheesecake shake, cookies & cream shake, and the s'more shake (all shakes with alcohol), the other two party members were intimidated/sad. - Intimidated because they started on the sampler and, after several minutes of eating, they were presented their shakes (be aware that it takes 5-10 minutes to get these art pieces ready), which could be meals themselves. Unfortunately, after starting on the sampler, the other party members needed help finishing their shakes. - Sad because the sampler was very good, and they realized they had to focus on their shakes, and wouldn't be able to fit more of the sampler The only critiques would be: -More napkins: We started with only the one that came with the silverware Trust me, just ask for more napkins right away. -Also, I understand why, but be sure that you remind people/your party that it will take time to make their shake order, it's not just a bowl of ice cream you're ordering.

So we've been hearing about this place for a while now, and we had to go. They open at 11 on Sunday and we were there just after with an appetite. Ordered Bacon Barrels as a App. I ordered the Hangover Burger with Fries and the Mrs. ordered a BBLT Burger. The "Boom Boom" Sauce is spicy, use in small amounts. Food was Awesome! You order at the Counter and they deliver to your table. These Shakes are awesome! We'll definitely be back.

Served on thick, Texas toast, the brisket is tender, flavorful, and expertly cooked. While the bread is richly buttered, adding to the indulgence, it's done in a way that enhances the overall taste without being overpowering. A word of advice: ask for napkins when you order, as their hearty dishes can get a bit messy. The restaurant has a unique pre-pay and pre-tip system for meals and services. While this might seem unusual for a casual dining spot, it does streamline the dining process. Do be mindful of where you sit, especially during colder months. Seating by the window can be a bit chilly, but this is more a testament to the weather than the restaurant's ambiance, as it was 10 degrees outside during my visit. Despite this, the overall atmosphere is welcoming and the service is fantastic. Prices are reasonable, making Black Label a great spot for a casual meal that promises both quality and flavor."

A little pricey, but overall very good. The service was amazing, all the staff had smiles on their faces and drinks were always filled. The food was amazing quality, and came out fast. Very clean, and nice to look at. Only thing I don't like are the buzzers they use for food, but that's just me! Wonderful place, definitely coming back here

We lived in Fremont many years ago. We on our way home and looking for somewhere to eat for lunch at 2 PM. We viewed their web page and thought it looked interesting. We weren’t disappointed. The building is an old Wendy’s that has been totally renovated and unrecognizable. It now has a great atmosphere. The menu is mostly burgers and fries with the usual kid meals. It was what I consider high tech because you can Oder your food from your phone from your table, but also can order the traditional way at the upfront counter. Our food was brought to us. We bought the all American burger and was excellent. I would recommend it. We ordered a Turtle shake for dessert and wow, just wow. Their shakes alone are worth the drive.

The fries are sooooo good they have like a batter or something on them and it makes it taste like fair food. Genuinely might be my fav fries ever. I got jalapeno popper burger I think is what it’s called, so good everything was perfect imo. And then the shake!!!! We got the “premium confetti cake shake” for 12 and it was soooooooooo worth it like that’s the coolest shake I’ve ever had it had ice cream, whipped cream, cupcake and a cone and sprinkles/ drizzle. So much fun.

I would like to give them more stars then available, I wish I would of paid more attention to the wonderful lady that helped us on April 17th,2025, we had just experienced a hail storm, lost all our vehicles and all windows to home and next day was my birthday, and the 17th was my only day off we called in an order 2 mins til close and she was kind of enough to let us come inside and eat our meal and was so cheerful and nice about it all even though she didn't need to. She made everything about my birthday great for this small act of kindness. Again outstanding service, food and truly made an awful even turn into a great one I hope you see this review! And of course the funnel cake fries and the birthday shake and everything we have ever ordered has been outstanding! I wish I would of taken photos that night but only did of damage from storm :(
